Inn Rules & Policies

All rooms are non smoking!!

Hotel rules and Waiver must be signed.

A 50% of total stay or one nights stay whichever is greater is required as deposit to hold rooms for reservations.

14 day cancellation notice is needed or deposit is forfeit.

Payment in full for total stay is required at Check In, your deposit is held during your stay and refunded at the end of checkout after inspection of room and minus any damages.

There is a $40 fee for returned checks or credit card chargebacks.

Early departure from reserved stayed will result in entire deposit being forfeit.

Pets under 10lbs are allowed 1 per room with an extra one time stay $25 pet fee.
